Auto-Str is a strategy / tower defense online multiplayer based game. Your goal is to defend your town center from the other player. In this game you can build but cannot give orders to your units. To win you have to focus on your build placement and order.
This game is a prototype I made in order to test Unity multiplayer features and A* path finding algorithm. Since I need to work on a new school project this prototype is discontinued.
While working on Auto-Str I worked on many different aspects such as:
- Networking using UNet API
- A* path finding
- 3D objects inside 2D UI
- Unity new tileset features
- Strategy game software architecture
- Basic anti-cheat features
